Crowdfunding for new venue

The FUMC Green Wood building is now available to us only once or twice a month. We will continue to hold one or two events per month at FUMC Green Wood.

We are pleased to announce that much progress has been made on our second location, a brand new 50-seat performance venue 30 minutes west of Ann Arbor. Coffee House concerts in this location will not be limited to Fridays, and will not be limited to September – May. This location has its own name: Out Of Eden.

We hope that a percentage of the funds necessary for the the cost of the building and inner workings of the venue (sound equipment, furniture, kitchen appliances, and such) will be raised via crowdfunding.

Checks should be made payable to “Green Wood Coffee House Series.” Please write “crowdfunding” in the memo field and send to: Green Wood Coffee House, PO Box 191, Grass Lake Mi 49240.

Green Wood Coffee House Series is no longer an official ministry of First United Methodist Church of Ann Arbor. Donations are not tax deductable.

Here are the tiered perk options to choose from:

$50 Free admission for two people to ONE event
$100 Free food and drink at all events for the span of one year.
$250 Two people attend for the price of one, all events, plus free food & drink for span of one year. Must order event tickets separately from this promotion.
$500 Bundle of five CDs of GWCH artists (participating artists to be determined soon); Two people attend for the price of one, all events, for span of one year; free food and drink at all events for the span of one year.
$1000 Lifetime free admission to all events; plus free food and drink at all events for the span of one year; plus bundle of five CDs of GWCH artists (participating artists to be determined soon).
$2000 Private concert for you and 20 guests, performed by a GWCH artist, either at the new venue or in your living room (participating artists to be determined soon); plus perks listed above.
$2500 Private concert for you and 20 guests, performed by a GWCH artist, either at the new venue or in your living room; plaque with your name displayed at venue; plus lifetime free admission to all events; plus free food and drink at all events for the span of one year; plus bundle of five CDs of GWCH artists.
